We visited Mauritius in 2000.
We have had ourselves only little point of comparison because it was our first voyage to the sun!
1 / L'hôtel LA PLANTATION, Turtle Bay, Balaclava.
Splendid hotel with very beautiful water levels! Superb!
Service excel assured to 80% by people of Indian origin, discrand and extremely effective.!
We were in half pension, the dressers were excellent, grand choice, the drinks (cocktails, arranged rum…) super! .!
The beach is not private, therefore not badly of salesmen of passage but they are not aggressive.!
We had chance because the 2 hotels on the left and on the right of bay were either in restoration, or in construction! .!
Thus we could benefit from this beautiful small bay which must be invaded quand the 3 hotels are full! .!

2/ Mauritius
People are really very nice, it is not a legend!
We have was disappointed by the sea… And yes!! It was not found paradisiac! Seen of a hill, grandiose but seen ground… It does not have the color of the Caribbean. One discussed it with step badly people, they are not agreement with us. .mais it is our impression.
We made the turn of the island with a driver guides very sympathandic, beautiful strolls.
We also went to the island to the stag, very beautiful also but enormously of world!.
IIdem on the beaches, when one walked, one last from one hotel to another.
3/ Budgand...
It is the voyage which randurned to us expensive! And yes, in half pension, one does not pay too attention to drinks and when one with the note at the end of the stay….IEA!!!
